Vigorous Software Inc. Named an OpenAI Select Partner

Vigorous Software Inc. has been named an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network, OpenAI’s global program for partners that build, sell, and deliver AI solutions on its platform.

Joining as a Select Partner means Vigorous Software has completed the program’s formal onboarding, including OpenAI’s technical capability assessment covering production AI delivery, governance, and responsible-AI practices — and holds partner-level access to OpenAI’s technical resources, enablement, and support.

What this means for our clients

How we ship hasn’t changed; the assessment documented what we already do. Every AI system we deliver runs behind human-review approval workflows, PII protection, deterministic validation of model output, full audit trails, and the reliability engineering — queues, retries, fallbacks — that keeps customer-facing software working even when external services aren’t.
